Pros

The culture is great. There is a pride that comes with working at QMC. I feel like management hears me and they are truly interested in providing the best patient care.

Cons

The hospital has grown significantly in the last few years. There is continuous pressure to do more with less.

They are working hard to get back to pre-pandemic strength. Benefits are good.

Cons

Management is top heavy. They are too many at the at the top with priorities that do not align with one another making it difficult to know the direction of the organization.
