Benefits are Ok and pay is OK, only because the union fought for good wages.

Cons

Profit focused corporation, and promotes anti-union propaganda. The founder Queen Emma would not like what her hospital's appointed administration has become focused on (profits), and how her people (Native Hawaiians and people of Hawaii) are treated. The actions of the hospital don't match the Values and Motto established by Queen Emma. Her people deserve better. Only the workers with integrity are perpetuating Queen Emma's legacy.

They are working hard to get back to pre-pandemic strength. Benefits are good.

Cons

Management is top heavy. They are too many at the at the top with priorities that do not align with one another making it difficult to know the direction of the organization.
