Pros

The people, including managers, were some of the best that I ever worked with/for. Excellent benefits.

Cons

Shift work - not for everybody (this is why I left). Thought I could handle the constantly changing schedules; not the case.

Pros

They are working hard to get back to pre-pandemic strength. Benefits are good.

Cons

Management is top heavy. They are too many at the at the top with priorities that do not align with one another making it difficult to know the direction of the organization.
