It’s in Hawaii. Benefits are good.

Cons

Old buildings that are difficult to maintain. Too many projects. There is always something new and shiny coming, BUT there is a focus on cost containment. Some departments would benefit from additional staff but the organization is tightening its belt.

Management is top heavy. They are too many at the at the top with priorities that do not align with one another making it difficult to know the direction of the organization.
