      I wish that Management would hire people not based on the fact that they've go ta degree, but because they have knowledge of the job field that they manage over.

      Good pay and stable benefits

      Cons

      Toxic Corporate work culture makes staying hard. You get more work for little recognition, you have to fight with management to use your benefits. Fight for the use of vacation time.
