      Pros

      The job is straight forward and you stay busy throughout the shift. The benefits are good and you get to sit the duration of your shift.

      Cons

      Hard to move up fast in this company. Overtime is mandatory and pay increases are small. The work can be non stop at times and left over to the next day.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
