      Pros

      The benefits packages are generous, and they operate a very successful business.

      Cons

      Complete and utter lack of communication. I was amazed at how anything got accomplished, and the main reason was through fear and the cushy benefits Also, they have a knack of burning people out due to cutting corners.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
