      Pros

      Wages are very good. The job itself is fairly easy and pleasing to do. The employees are easy to work with.

      Cons

      Upper management needs to be worked on. Advancing opportunities are slim, at least within the department I am in. Inconsistency with the department.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
