      Time off is average at best.

      Cons

      Inconsistent polices that apply to some people and not others. Management expects above and beyond without recognition, or even a thank you, nevermind pay that is appropriate for the amount of work. Constantly understaffed.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
