      good pay lots of bonuses and incentives good training nice employees and managers comfortable setting

      Cons

      set hours low amount of days off before termination lots of stress, getting yelled at by customers constantly take over 100 calls daily

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
