Pros

Training training training! A lot to be learned from this company and please be open minded. The training may seem like a lot, but be patient. This company has poured a lot into the training program and you can take these skills anywhere.

Cons

The Greater Chicagoland management staff is a joke! They reward bad behaviors including management that has been turned into HR and ultimately a financial settlement took place. It’s a good old boy club, if you are liked you are all right. If not, look out even if you have talent. Management really needs to take a look at territories that naturally produce and people are getting paid for having no talent. Quit hiring from outside the organization and promote from within. Stop worrying about the 100% club because the industry is in such an uproar your sales team can’t control attrition. You have talented people look around and don’t make the statement when people leave “we will just trade up”

Pros

Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

Cons

It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
