Quest does provide opportunities for advancement and career development, provided your department doesn't get sold or outsourced. Quest also offers a decent compensation and benefit package. Overall the people you work with are much better than the leadership you all rely on to keep the company moving forward.
Cons
Leadership cares more about playing the shell game to keep their own jobs more than they care about developing those they hire. There are good leaders in the company, but those folks usually leave for better opportunities or are replaced for trying to do the right thing. This is a company that has adopted a do more with less approach. Instead of investing in new technologies, or processes, they tend to focus more on savings which has impacted the company over the years.
