      benefits, that's actually it. people stay here just for their benefits.

      managers or supervisors have favorites. if you are not young and not good looking all the nasty work will be given to you. manager likes young boys only. he will hire anybody with no experience but he will treat you like crap.

      Company car, not much else

      Sales Directors are the bottom of the barrel High expectations and the numbers/data suck No cell phone allowance Goals constantly increase and change The best part, Senior Leadership is weak, they can say anything they want and get away with it Who knew a Director could use curse words and make jokes about k!!ling someone that is a Vice President of one of the largest insurance companies in the state and just move on in her job Hard to believe that level of toxicity is tolerated Comments about LGBTQ from the health plan just go ignored Insanity at its finest
