      Pros

      Offer some classes for you to be a licensed scientist, but under a work contract with them.

      Cons

      Quantity over quality. During problems, they would rather cover it up than deal with it. They wouldn't really solve it to avoid future ones.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
