Pros

If pro represents anything that is on par with other companies, there are many pros but not many aspects that break above the average. They purposely reduce pro aspects to "meet industry standards" in comparison. This rarely results in a positive change for the employees.

Cons

Rapid layoff's based on the year's latest governmental policy excuse. Funny story, so I've been working with the company for 15 years, and as such they have sent me an award that includes 170 dollars on a visa. Very much appreciated! Along with this however, comes a plea to review Quest as a company on glassdoor. They want me to review them on glassdoor the very day the give me a 170 dollar reward... because that generally will bring out the warm and fuzzy feeling right? It's just like the yearly employee survey we always do so well on... they will spend more money on the days of the survey, serving ice-cream, giving out awards, and all this BS to try and "butter us up" for a survey. They will literally spend more money attempting to mask the problem than to fix it. Sadly, it seems to work on the survey results.

Pros

Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

Cons

It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
