Pros

The job was amazing at first. Room for advancement. Onsite gym. Large cafeteria and Company Kitchen kiosks. Company holidays. Free lunch during celebrations. Monthly employee recognitions. Healthy Quest program. Nice benefits. Very diverse company. Lockers for our personal belongings. On site security. Cross training available which opens doors for advancement. The managers make sure to communicate with all of the employees about major events.

Cons

Most recently, they’ve started to lay off several of the “higher ups” which as raised some red flags. The company is no longer accepting temps. They’re laying off employees who’ve contributed to the company for 25+ years to help with cutbacks. The starting pay will be low from now on. They are going through a lot of changes involving money and it’s resulting in cutbacks & layoffs. Processors can work up to 3 hours of OT. If you have a family, if you’re a single parent or if you have a social life...you’ll likely spend majority of your time at Quest. This may not be the job for you if you don’t want to be underpaid & work long hours.

Pros

Company car, not much else

Cons

Sales Directors are the bottom of the barrel High expectations and the numbers/data suck No cell phone allowance Goals constantly increase and change The best part, Senior Leadership is weak, they can say anything they want and get away with it Who knew a Director could use curse words and make jokes about k!!ling someone that is a Vice President of one of the largest insurance companies in the state and just move on in her job Hard to believe that level of toxicity is tolerated Comments about LGBTQ from the health plan just go ignored Insanity at its finest
