      Pros

      Love the patients and the clients and working with my co-workers. It's very fast pace which to me is fine I do better under stressed.

      Cons

      Can't get the requested time off, always short staff, pay should be base on years of experience, over time is a joke they always want you to burn your labor you put in to keep from paying overtime

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
