Pros

Decent starting pay, excellent benefits. Company was involved in community programs

Cons

Training was inconsistent. Advancement opportunity was often who you knew not what which led to poor leadership and transfer of correct information and knowledge. Pay raises were not based on your effort or tangibles but on corporate predetermined percents leading to low morale. No matter how well your clients complimented you etc. it didn't matter

Pros

Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

Cons

It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
