      Pros

      They pay well for this type of work, company is solid.

      Cons

      Very little room for advancement and work is very factory like, high throughput, constant pressure to meet turn around time. Management is poor, trickles down from the top - don't really care about their employees, basically you're replaceable.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
