Quest was a very solid company when Surya Mohapatra was CEO. During that time, the company was very reflective of the values they promoted, including Quality, Integrity and Collaboration. They offered excellent benefits and stability for committed, hard-working employees.
Cons
Quest is now being branded as the "New Quest" - and it sure is, but not for the better of its employees or its patients. Since Steve Rusckowski became CEO, the company is undergoing drastic changes, including major layoffs of professional staff and middle management that oversaw day to day operations. Now they're focusing on cutting older workers who are highly paid and a couple years short of retirement, except for a few "favorites" that are protected and conveniently slotted into jobs. Values??
