You will NEVER feel confident that your commission is accurate because there are too many glitches with their systems. You will also never be able to really know what your sales numbers are, they don't come out in a timely manner and when they eventually do, months later, they are always errors. If you don't mind working hard and never knowing what you are making commission wise, you will be okay.
