Large range of job opportunities, so can learn interesting actions in a lot of different fields/departments. People are generally friendly and willing to help out. There's a system in place for positive reinforcement of actions. If someone does a good job, you can reward them with points that translates into gift cards and other products
Cons
Heavy work load and people appear stressed out at times. Large corporate environment.
