      Pros

      Pay is great Benefits PTO Awesome supervision You won't get bothered as long as you do your work and are friendly to the patients. No weekends/holidays It's rare that you have to work during inclement weather. Decent raises

      Cons

      The hours aren't so black and white. If a patient walks in a minute before you're supposed to clock out , you have to service them. Little to no over time

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
