Cons

Where to start? When I was first hired by Quest in 2017, it was a great place. However, it became dreadful going to work. The pay for what is required of you is beyond ridiculous. Getting paid $15/hr for a position that you should be getting paid AT LEAST $18-$19/hr. Benefits are good, however expect to see $200-$300/month coming out of your check. That however can be reduced by $50-$100 by completing a wellness event that occurs once a year. Favoritism is their ultimate downfall. If you know how to do your job PERFECTLY, you are doing the job of 5 people, you better have time to socialize with everyone because that is the only way you will get a big promotion. This didn’t happen to me but I saw this happen and that person ended up looking for another job and left the company. People aren’t valued at this company. The turnover rate is ridiculous. But they could care less. As long as they get paid, that’s all they care about. Sucks, but that’s how they are.

Pros

Company car, not much else

Cons

Sales Directors are the bottom of the barrel High expectations and the numbers/data suck No cell phone allowance Goals constantly increase and change The best part, Senior Leadership is weak, they can say anything they want and get away with it Who knew a Director could use curse words and make jokes about k!!ling someone that is a Vice President of one of the largest insurance companies in the state and just move on in her job Hard to believe that level of toxicity is tolerated Comments about LGBTQ from the health plan just go ignored Insanity at its finest
