      Pros

      My supervisor was excellent to work for. She also made sure you had the necessary equipement to do your job. However, she only expected excellence and you were glad to make sure you did an excellent job.

      Cons

      However, her bosses were not capable of being in the positions they had. The decisions they made were counterproductive.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
