Pros

Reasonable starting salary. Some good managers. Good trainers, although they are not always able to train fully or properly due to their schedules.

Cons

A lot more negative managers than good. Long hours, sometimes 50+ a week. You are not allowed to stand at your desk while doing calls. This makes it hard when you are sometimes working 12 to 14 hours at a time. Required to read the script word for word (often irritating applicants with some of the scripting), even if it is not grammatically correct, which makes the interviewers seem dumb. Too much pressure to always write exactly what the applicant said, even if they speak rapidly or it is hard to understand them.

Pros

Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

Cons

It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
