      Pros

      The benefit package for Insurance, 401k and Dental are very good. Choice of options on benefit plans. Also good vacation plan.

      Cons

      Unfair work assignments. Management across the Regions needs to be on the same page. Most of all when you work outside your area.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
