      Pros

      People are outstanding, dedicated, professional, committed to doing what is right for the patient. Benefits and salary are much better than average. New management, even though they eliminated my position.

      Cons

      In the past, executive management was poor. Let themselves be held hostage by Wall Street and failed to move the organization forward.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
