      I love what I do. I loved my patients and most of my coworkers.

      Cons

      A lot depended on who your supervisor was. There were favorites sometimes. More work was added with less employees and towards end of day there was only one person to do everything

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
