      Good Benefits for Full Time Employees. Great 401k match Program. Company Fleet National Company. Employees get paid overtime.

      Cons

      Pay is horrible and low. The company has low wage workers as the majority.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
