      Up to date on technology.

      Cons

      Outsourcing of IT and major layoffs in other departments has hurt the morale. Most of the employees hate working for Quest and only stay because we need a paycheck. There are layoffs each year and no communication management.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
