The pay, if and only if they allow you overtime to meet the unrealistic expectations
Cons
Staffing is poor, management has no insight on how the lab runs so the only support that they can give is to tell you to “do better”... and then move the entire lab around for productivity even though they couldn’t run a bench if they wanted to. They recently took away incentive programs, added more responsibility, denied a raise after giving out more work that’s not included in job description.
