      Above Industry vacation time Abundance of overtime if you want it Gang type structure, if you are one of them you are ok no matter what kind of mistake you make.

      Hostile work environment Low class employees Unethical employees Many people have little or no integrity Rule by sabotage and retaliation Very negative company culture A lot of resistance to changes You will be alienated and ousted if you have a different religious value then those surround you.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
