      Pros

      Great co-workers, great location, great team atmosphere

      Cons

      No chance for advancement, very long hours, no appreciation, at certain levels company does outside hiring rather than hiring in-house talent. Very little to no paid time off

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
