      The hours are good for me, I have more time for my self, I go out early and come in early.

      Cons

      You are never sure about your job, The Boss can call you at any time and let you go . Scary.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
