Pros

I gave it two stars because two people in the management were reasonable and HR helped me when I need it—good benefits like the blueprint for wellness, healthy quest, and other programs to support mental health.

Cons

Overview: They will make your life miserable if they don't like you or if you're not a man or a Filipino. Seniors will take advantage of you and treat you poorly. About Managers: favoritism, racism, underappreciated, they will tear you apart and threaten you anytime you want to address toxic culture. Coworkers: a lot of backstabbing, the bad ones are the good ones in the eyes of the managers and vice-versa. Company: They force you and try to brainwash you to be happy with the leftovers they threw at their employees. Underpaid, overworked, and salary increases by 1% every year...are you kidding me? Everything is just backward over there!

Pros

Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

Cons

It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
