Inconsistent in test req's from one place to the next. Floats never know what they are walking into. Management is too preoccupied with cutting costs to save on their bonuses at year end consequently leaving PCS's understaffed and employees overworked. Raises are a joke. Do not know how to balance volume and patient wait time. Some managers are narcissistic to the point that it breaks down the positive efforts of the team; does not encourage working together. The leader always sets the standard!
