      Pros

      Everyone is pretty much in the same boat.

      Cons

      There's not a lot of room for growth. They're trying but I don't see it progressing much further than it has because it's not sustainable.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
