Pros

Salary is competitive. Benefits are in line with other companies. Great to have on your resume. They provide an annual blood screening for all employess and your health impacts your insurance premium rates positively if you stay healthy. No charge for any tests that go through Quest ordered by your doctor.

Cons

I can only comment on the Clinical Trials Divsion. 1. There is a lack of true leadership that is willing to promote change in order to advance the company. People are afraid to speak up. 2. Education to learn your job and excel is non-existent. 3. There is a thick line drawn between management and employees. Little to no "real" communication. More like a dictatorship with imput from employees mostly ignored. 4. Annual reviews are identical from year to year. It's as if they are done to meet HR requirements, however, have no real impact on an employees salary or advancement. 5. Moving out of a position in Clinical Trials could be difficult. Management stopped several people from transferring to other departments.

Pros

Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

Cons

It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
