      Very organized and dedicated to accuracy, very critical but in a great way. They notice your performance and address issues immediately. Wants all employees to have experience in all types of situations

      Cons

      Pay is below minimum for Phlebotomists in CA. Sometimes will travel further than where you originally applied.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
