Pros

Good pay compared to similar positions and nice to be able to work at home, everything provided by company except headset

Cons

Quality reviews are almost impossible to pass. Passing is 90 but if you forget to document just one little thing said by applicant, just ONE THING, 10 points are deducted and if you forgot to verify something in demographics or interrupt applicant or cough or sniffle without muting microphone that's another 1 to 2 points, so too bad you FAIL. Everything you do not document is 10 points each. Need to document everything said by applicant verbatim yet not enough space to type everything so need to copy and paste and the end and find room for this information to fit which is very time consuming BUT only have 1-3 minutes after each call to clean up order and make everything perfect. Told not to let applicant ramble but if you interrupt an applicant you get point deducted on quality. Unrealistic expectations. Revolving door at this company. They are ALWAYS hiring. I stuck it out for almost 1 year but just couldn't take it anymore. Rules always changing. Supervisors and group leads seem to have different policies and rules because you get a different answer depending on who you ask so impossible to know what is truly correct procedure.

Pros

Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

Cons

It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
