      Its work . They hire new phlebs cheap so you can get skills there

      Low pay, management is very poor, only "Friends" of the supervisor get ahead. A lot of pushing employees to work harder, work faster, meet unobtainable goals. Very unprofessional leads who are untouchable due to their buddying up with supervisor. If you complain they will punish you or you will lose your job,

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
