      Good Benifits, Nice Co-workers, Clean place to work.

      Cons

      If you are dying do not tell your supervisor because they do not care, just show up for work! Poor management especially supervisors. Just a number not an employee. Quest Diagnostics/management does not care about personal/family unforseen circumstances and emergencies. Supervisors are not corrected when caught bullying employees. Unfair pay based on favoritisim not skills or knowlege.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
