      Pros

      I learned a lot, but once I learned everything I could for my position there was no opportunity to move forward with my career. Compensation and benefits are good.

      Cons

      Management treats you like a number not as a person and your co-workers are watching your mistakes so they can point them out and make you look bad and make themselves look good.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
