First of all if you are an MT (ASCP), do not work here. You would be much better off financially, working at a hospital. You still have to work weekends, all shifts and holidays if you work here. Quest claims they are competitive with their salaries but if you read the stats that's completely untrue. Their last 2 "across the board" pay raises only helped new hires or employees who get little or no merit raises due to their poor performance. So their message to employees is : It doesn't matter how good you are at your job or how hard you work, you'll all still make the same salary. Not much of an incentive do excel at your job.
