Click-ish organization-Shows favoritism towards certain employees. No career advancement. It's all about who you know and who favors you. Not ALL employees are treated fairly, very gossipy and unprofessional work environment. hourly wages are not comparable and you make less than similar jobs within the same industry. Micro-Manages, people are NOT held accountable for bad behavior or poor performance...benefits are OKAY...Management treats you like a number, instead of an actual person
