Pros

Set schedule and rotating weekends, the few workers who have been here for many years are helpful

Cons

this company is corrupt from the top to the bottom, the workers in this area are suffering. The employees make consistent complaints to HR about management and they are first of all completely ignored and they tell her exactly who said what so she can allegedly improve or fix herself, in turn it causes consistent patterns of retaliation, and Human Resources will help get rid of you before they get ride of the corrupt management, if you if you make too many complaints you become a target. Management and Human Resources are despicable, sadly the employees are miserable and the turnover rate is insane and yet they still don’t get rid of the problem, it sucks to work for a company where management AND HR are not on your side. Besides all of the horrible issues with management the pay is horrible and the raises are even worse. every couple of months the territory is under investigation they come around asking questions as if they are just so it looks like they are trying, nothing ever gets fixed with quest it’s all an act.

Pros

Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

Cons

It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
