      Pros

      The company had great benefits which reduced over the years, but I believe that happened across most companies. The department I worked in was reasonably flexible.

      Cons

      The company lost a lot of business due to stiff competition. The should have outsourced a lot of their work a long time back to reduce costs.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
