      Good benefits. Great co-workers. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      All upper management knows is outsourcing and laying off people. Even when company has good revenue and profits, they will cut costs and laying people off and replacing them with outsourcing.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
