      Pros

      Quest in an international corporation and claims to value their employees enough that when they wish to relocate Quest will work with them to find a position near their new home.

      Cons

      The new CEO does not inspire his employees the way his predecessor did. Good work goes unnoticed and he has doubled the work load while cutting the staff. He is a numbers man and does not seem to care about people the way his front line staff do.

      Pros

      Pay is higher than most in the area. Hours are good. Benefits are good.

      Cons

      It’s very difficult to get time off for anything, regardless of how much vacation time you have. Only 15% of those hours will carry over and you lose what you’ve worked for and weren’t able to use. Not enough floats to cover the territory so people can actually get time off. Pay raises aren’t very good.
